A brief meeting of the DDA was held prior to the annual Christmas Party at the Lutheran Church in Rehoboth Beach on December 3, 2011.

Beth led the installation ceremony by reading the duties and responsibilities of each officer.  A candle was lit for each officer.

New officers are:

Beth Weiss – President   

Joan Kornacki – 1^st Vice President

Linda England – 2^nd Vice President

Carreen Wondoloski – Secretary

Jackie Weir – Treasurer

 Following the ceremony Beth gave a charm to each officer and committee chairperson.  We then enjoyed a delicious buffet, a very successful raffle of hand made items, and a 50/50 drawing.  This was followed by a Christmas ornament exchange.  The table decorations of small houses, which were cut out by Thelma and painted by her committee, were distributed to everyone.

A big thank you to Thelma and her committee for all their time and hard work.  The table decorations and centerpieces were wonderful.  It was a great day for all.
